Sky Group ApSVallensbækvej 46, 2625 Vallensbæk, Denmark
info@skygroup.dk +45 71 39 58 20
This policy covers visitors, prospective customers, suppliers and other business contacts. It applies to information that identifies a person, including business contact details and sole-trader information.
02 / Collection
Information you share with us.
- Contact enquiries: your name, email, telephone number, company, subject and message.
- Customer enquiries: your name, email, telephone number, company, CVR or EAN number, industry, any message you provide, and your privacy acknowledgement.
- Further correspondence: information you provide by email or telephone while we discuss your enquiry or business relationship.
- Technical information: the server receives connection information such as your IP address and the requested page. Server logs may also record the time, browser information and errors.
We receive enquiry details directly from you. Required fields help us understand and respond to your request. If you leave them out, the form cannot be submitted. Please do not include CPR numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
Our forms use Contact Form 7. Submitted enquiries are emailed to info@skygroup.dk and a private copy is kept in the website administration area for staff review. Submitting a customer enquiry does not create an online account, place an order or subscribe you to marketing.
03 / Purpose & legal basis
Why we use your information.
Answering enquiries and developing business relationships
We use contact and enquiry information to reply, discuss products, prepare proposals and maintain business correspondence. For company representatives, our basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with potential and existing business partners (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Taking steps towards an agreement
Where you are personally a party to a potential or existing contract, processing necessary to prepare or perform that contract is based on Article 6(1)(b). Information about a company’s employees and representatives is generally handled on the legitimate-interest basis above.
Keeping the website reliable and secure
We process limited technical information to deliver pages, diagnose problems and limit abuse, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website (Article 6(1)(f)). Form rate limiting uses a salted hash derived from an IP address with a ten-minute expiry.
Legal obligations and optional communications
Records required by applicable law are processed under Article 6(1)(c). If we separately ask for permission to send optional marketing, that activity requires its own consent (Article 6(1)(a)); acknowledging this policy is not marketing consent. You can withdraw an optional consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We do not use website enquiries to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated decision-making or profiling.
04 / Your browser
Cookies, preferences and languages.
The current website does not load analytics or advertising trackers, embedded maps or social-media tracking widgets. WordPress can use necessary authentication and session cookies when authorised staff sign in; public enquiries do not require a login.
The cookie-settings dialog saves your choice in your browser’s local storage under sky-cookie-preferences. The language feature can read your browser language preferences and remember your selected language locally under a key beginning trp-browser-language:. These preferences remain until cleared or replaced; they are not sent to an advertising service.
TranslatePress provides the website’s language versions. Automatic machine translation is currently disabled. Form submissions are handled separately from the website translation feature and are not submitted to a machine-translation service by the enquiry forms.
You can clear preferences in your browser or reopen . Our cookie information page explains the current setup. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
05 / Access & sharing
Who may access your information?
Enquiries are available to staff who handle business requests and authorised website administrators. Website, hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate and support those services. Professional advisers or authorities may receive relevant records where necessary for a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell enquiry information or provide it to advertising networks. Where a business request needs a supplier or delivery partner’s involvement, only information needed to handle that request should be shared.
Processing locations depend on the service providers involved. You can contact us for details of relevant recipients, processing locations and any international-transfer safeguards. Transfers outside the EU/EEA must meet applicable GDPR requirements, for example an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
06 / Retention
A defined period for enquiries.
Our retention period for enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship is 60 days after the last substantive contact.
At the end of that period, enquiry information should be deleted or anonymised unless it is still needed for an ongoing discussion, a legal obligation or a specific legal claim. Where an enquiry becomes a customer or supplier relationship, relevant information is retained for that relationship and for applicable accounting, legal and claim-handling requirements.
The ten-minute form rate-limit record expires separately. Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear or replace them. Server-log and backup retention depends on the systems concerned; contact us for the applicable periods. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires and should not be returned to ordinary use without applying required deletions.
07 / Your choices
Your information. Your rights.
Depending on the processing and the conditions in data protection law, you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your information or restrict its use.
- Provide portable data where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including where your particular circumstances affect the balance of interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it as easily as you gave it.
Email info@skygroup.dk with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if the law permits an extension because of complexity or the number of requests, we will explain it within that first month. Some information may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim.
